A T/O offer today of $50.00 would represent a 142% premium on the current $20.62 share price.
As has been described a number of times on the Chart threads, NEU has displayed average compounding annual share price growth of 166% for almost four years.
Considering the growth pipeline that has been outlined, there appears to be no reason why the corresponding fundamental drivers of that price growth should not remain in place for the foreseeable future, or for a few more years at least.
Growth of 166% on the current $20.62 price would see NEU reach $54.85 by around this time next year (provided its shareholders don’t accept a T/O in the interim).
Those satisfied with a sale at $50 therefore may only need to remain patient for that period of time.
Alternatively, those seeking the higher values that DCF calculations suggest can hold looking for those valuations to crystallise.
