Cerevel looks more relative to Neu’s position, mindful no 2 companies are exactly the same.
For mine it provides more evidence of the price tag BP prepared to pay US $8.7bn or $13bn AUD for Neu $13bn AUD approx $100p/sh
A solid base in my opinion is being built now to support this type of figure.
I think $50 deal /$4bn US approx would have already been done if was to be excepted…… extra indications are now a sweetener for premium TO already negotiated
