I think your last comment is fair, to a degree. It is pedantic and I probably did not need to comment and in hindsight, wish I didn't. It doesn't add to the discussion and has already been covered ad nauseam but this issue is a trigger for me for some reason.

I do want to ask though about the reference to "interpretation of the agreement known publicly" - are you suggesting that I shouldn't make this view public? I don't ask in an incredulous sense, I genuinely am interested and wonder whether you think it is detrimental/negative for me to provide this opinion publicly?

I have always respected your contributions so am interested in your view.
