Sounds like you need a histopathologist as opposed to simpleton medical.
I'm not a histopath, but in brief my guess is 2591 would have a decent chance, as it does with other neurodegenerative conditions (igf has a role to play in the protein tangles), if it wasn't for the neurodevelopmental focus.
If it ever sees the light of day it will be many many yrs from now and by our takeroverer, not neu. imo.
