I find it interesting that the media keep parroting that 2591 "could represent an opportunity 4x Daybue" or similar. Jon has said repeatedly including in his most recent interview On The Couch that it is multiples of this.

The patient populations of the 3 syndromes that have passed phase 2 are approx 4x Rett syndrome population, this does not take into account the fact that NEU holds 100% of 2591 not 10-15% plus milestone payments, nor the likely massively increased penetration we will see with 2591, nor any future indications.

The opportunity that exists with 2591 is minimum 20x Daybue and when you put that into the numbers required for a takeover it makes $50 look ridiculously cheap.
