I think what stands between Neu and an "unprecedented" premium at this point in time is the absence of any double blinded/controlled studies of 2591. That will change as we progress toward Ph 3 initiation and completion as will the share price. So in time, assuming Ph 3 success, we will be many multiples of present value even in the absence of a takeover. Of course, its a vastly different story if Ph 3 is unsuccessful. Hence the importance of the negotiations regarding endpoints.
