It's not worth $500 now, at least I don't believe it is. That is the value of a fully de-risked 2591 with approval and sales across all current indications. But you have to think 2591/NEU is still being mispriced here given what looks to be abnormally high chance of success in it's target indications based on what we know (or at least my perception of what we know ) and the relative near term start of this de-risking.
