The brakes will certainly have been applied to any M&A action underway. How do you price assets when there is so much uncertainty around drug pricing? Whilst there is still alot to play out here i certainly feel that any M&A talk and partnering discussions for that matter will be put on hold until there is some certainty around pricing. I recall in one of Jon's presentations some time ago - "Big Pharma want certainty". Whilst that comment was more directed at efficacy it would certainly ring true in relation to drug pricing.
