I disagree - do you have case law and/or legislation to support your view?
Look at the slides from the presentation - they list all of the symptoms that are common across the current conditions. It can't be that hard/complicated to identify other conditions that share those symptoms and acknowledge that it might be on the roadmap for treatment in the future.
Even if you don't share my view, they have done more than just hint at having a treatment for Autism - they have explicitly stated it when they received a patent for it!!
I think some of the comments here reinforce my PoV - we are run on the smell of an oily rag, with no office etc. I love the fiscal discipline and capital management - its wonderful. But I think we could be doing much better in this space.
One final comment on the lawyers field day - are you telling me that Culper can legally write a short report and peddle unfounded fear, but we are legally prohibited from promoting founded hope??
