I have often wondered this. Is it normal for it to take 12 months from results? To my understanding, a meeting has not even been scheduled for PHS so it is much longer than 12 months.
I don't understand the delay and we have all of these designations (Fast Track, Orphan etc) that are supposed to expedite development.
It seems that PMS moved a lot faster than PHS and the results were only a few months apart.
