N=1 studies are not, to use your phrase, Gold Standard Science. They are literally pseudoscience.
There have been numerous studies, (estimates of at least 24 studies), all showing vaccines had no causal effect for autism.
Meta-analysis are "gold standard science". A 2014 meta-analysis involving >1.2 million children showed vaccines were not associated with autism.
The 1998 study that triggered this hype around vaccines causing autism was withdrawn in 2010 due to falsified data, and the researcher's medical licence cancelled.
I don't get why you seem to unequivocally accept Neuren's various phase 2 studies, involving around a few dozen kids, as proof of the safety profile of NNZ-2591, but question studies involving millions of children when it comes to vaccines relationship, or not, to autism.
