    The Phelan Mcdermid Syndrome Foundation only has 3,600 registered sufferers globally. Whilst it is no doubt under-reported, it would be hard for any broker to feasibly use the numbers Neuren is using.

    And using logic above if we use 10k-17k population, also can't use $350k pa cost
