I'm usually the positive one here, but I can't see a 100MUSD upfront payment. There will be arguments for and against me here, and one will be the amount Acadia spent on getting the drug past phase 3. These amounts will not have to be spent by others seeking ROW approvals, but the approvals won't be a free ride. I would be extremely happy with a 40M to 50M USD payment plus escalating double digit royalties. This is where the real money will be made. The upfront payments will only be between 50c to 100c per share. This isn't the game changer. The game changer will be in the hands of the purchaser and their ability to turn a new drug into a drug with large, recurring annual sales (and hence royalties for Neu).
