Nothing wrong with people celebrating a solid win. I personally avoid sharing details of investment returns but I love to see people succeeding. Australia would benefit from less of the typical tall poppy syndrome we often see, and more from the support for the achievements of other people. They're not gloating, they're not rubbing it in your face telling you that you suck. Ignore it if you can't help but feel resentful for others' success, but really people need to rid themselves of the dreadful tall poppy syndrome that plagues Australia. See examples of success like this as a source of motivation and be happy for your fellow investors.
