Just be aware that SimplyWallSt is AI generated and given they use a discount rate of 6.1% in the article calcs (ain't no one using that rate) I would take that DCF with a dump truck worth of salt. It is interesting to note that the article suggests using cost of equity vs cost of capital but even so the rate still looks way too low.
The lower the 'discount rate' the less the future cash flows are discounted providing much higher valuations. From memory Fyffee said he/she is using 12% which is a much more reasonable number for this calc.
