I very much doubt we will get anywhere near USD375,000 per patient per year outside of America. Others would no far better than I but I would think that we would be lucky to get a fifth of that amount. My unscientific gut feeling is that despite volume being some five times tbat of U.S. we will be lucky to get near to total sales from non- U.S.A markets
