Interestingly Merck’s CEO Rob Davis has come out firing today saying that they need more money making products.
On the back of a stellar quarterly he stated that they were on the lookout for suitable acquisition targets up to 15 million USD.
They’ve been on quite an acquisition spree of late. Their key money spinner Keytruda comes out of patent in 2028 though so future proofing the business with new innovative product is clearly front of mind.
Reckon Jon might take his call for a chat?
