I've assumed $200k for Daybue per Retts patient per year outside the USA , which gives an NPV of $48.63/share. Putting in $100k for Daybue per patient outside the USA per year drops that to $31.23 and $50k gives $22.95. That's the NPV for Daybue alone, without any contribution from NNZ2591. I haven't adjusted the milestone payments timing though, so those figures are a bit on the high side for the lower prices. Lower retail sales prices will push out the timing of milestone payments, which will reduce their discounted value.
