I am not saying anything but relaying to you the hiring policy as said by CEO's of more and more companies and Uni's.
They don't just mean females they mean races too.
The language used actually means they are going to openly discriminate against white males who happen to be the most meritorious a high percentage of the time. This is an inconvenient truth they want to avoid via their excuses and use of different words to that. To a lesser extent white females may be discriminated against too for other races. The key word is diversity.
I am not saying anything but relaying to you the hiring policy...
