Plus like all drug the patient to patient response is always different - some respond to a drug very well and others not so well even at the same plasma levels.

So im hoping this time that a titrated dosing regime will fix a lot of those issues and give a more "consistent" and higher overall effect. Better dosing for a longer duration should also gives us a better look if there is a ceiling effect because its pretty clear that we haven't seen that yet - so the 16% improvement from last time wont be the top... we just don't know where that is yet.
