Acadia's market cap is now slightly under $3 billion US with approx $400 million US in cash and annual income going forward of $1 billion US. It is hard to figure out exactly where their R+D expenditure goes but as per February presentation they are expecting to be cash flow positive to tune of nearly $100 million US in 2024. If anyone was interested in taking them out surely now is the time.
