probably lots as JAT hasn't shown to date as making any money from sales. As for the 70/30% ownership, Jat just has 70% of the costs and potentially 70% of the profits. No different to the shareholders of JAT we all share in the profits or dare I say loses. Of course the plant would be run as a separate company, so the directors would be overseeing it and if needed asking the shareholders for funds just like a CR. Hopefully this plant runs really sweet and makes a good return, we don't need any more write downs. imo
