Not sure why people are pushing arbitrary dates for the release of an announcement - remember that the 4c for this quarter isn't due till 31 October (however, it will likely be released before then).
Past dates of release (2018 etc.) are not indicative of future release dates.
Don't stress over the date of the announcement, it will have the same content regardless of date and timing of it release.
