    Yep correct Marty -- Azure doing the deal.

    $10.5m EV with ~$10m rev locked away for the next 3 years. Raising $5-6m

    Looks a ripper -- hasn't gone very far and wide. Expecting a massive scale back on this one. Will be happy with 25-50% of my bid.

    Has an ABT feel to it...
