Thank you @hottod for your in-depth analysis, sources where you drew your conclusions from and shared them with us. Your work, as well as that of other commentators, is invaluable for those like me who are unable to delve into the issues. Now I definitely know a little more about gene replacement and/or switch-off therapy. thank you.
@Potstock88 let's hope that no one loses their money and soon there will be multiple therapies/cures for rett syndrome (as for other diseases) including trofinedite. Thanks for your comment.
