Ok. The below margins have been confirmed :

The headband sells for ~€1,700 ex tax & local support, in initial target markets according to the presentation.
The distributor receives a 30% margin on the 1,700 meaning that NTI nets €1,190.
So the wholesale cost to the distributor is €1,190.
The cost of manufacture is €200. So the margin to NTI is €990.
Plus €99 per year from the second year onwards.

The Italian agreement is under the 'old' pricing structure where NTI sell to the distributor for ~€800 however the cost of manufacture is obviously still €200.

Also as mentioned on these threads previously the cost of manufacture will come down with increased production.
