Up till now, Majority of share holders on HC have trusted you and your Cleaner' and shown strong nerves.

Now it is the test point for your 'Cleaner' to save $8M

Otherwise, instead of issuing only 264,502,888 to company's existing long term loyal share/option holders, company have to issue 1 to 1.5 Billion shares to Bergen for only $7.6M.

Which would certainly be very scary to show nerves.
