Do I detect a hint of sarcasm here?

I would have thought they could break down the costs into exploration/mine development and % of fuel+labour used on that, and then at least a ballpark figure of all other costs...with an explanatory note to say exploration/development was higher this quarter and we expect to spend xxx on that next quarter, which means we should be producing xx ounces at an all up cost of xxx.

But they have made no attempt at all to address costs, so there is too much guesswork for me to work it out....and it makes me a bit suspicious also.

perhaps your simplified case is all we can say for now....ie costs are currently $1000+ and lets hope they come down.

Or perhaps the other poster is correct and there is no point trying to figure out costs at all until further down the line.

Either way i am watching keenly for more info.
