If it gets into OZ's hands I think it would be very difficult to keep it quiet for any length of time. In fact the market will start responding as soon as it's in a form that someone thinks a reasonably sure quid is to be had out of it. That type of thing is worse in small caps than any other size of share because for he level of impact.
That's assuming it's positive (though I note any attempts of humour in that regard is never well received).
