Since I have been here, under my real name, in the United States, the SEC considers that an important check box, attribution and all, starting in 2017, I have never erased my posts, my tact has always been, starting when they let go of Hayden, ostensibly, because of the cost of his new plan, I am on record by the way, as having said that both Tim, and probably Hayden, might be chagrined about all that new capital raised( good on you JT), and what they might have suggested doing something with, my point on the forum is simple.

Iwebgate had, the industry moves at light speed, had a small part of a Enterprise solution, invented in 2010, patented, recognized, offered to Telstra, but it just did not fly.

In the Cyber field, the top ten competitors, or leaders in the field, lets use Fortinet as our stalking horse, all have complete, and well integrated solutions, that an Enterprise CIO\CTOP might be able to say to a BOD, it works we need it and it is delivered, as a whole. Not as a single piece, even the single best piece, that by the nature of the Cyber world, which you have been denigrating my knowledge of, means that you must constantly prove your secure interoperability too.

Like saying, we here at Netlinkz, practice all the best protocols of research, and coding integrity. JT felt the best way to do this was to hire a Chinese Government owned and managed developer, and let them rewrite the code, or something like that, and then initially partner with another Chinese government owned marketing entity, China Telecom, and to sell the "Obscuring Technology", to Chinese citizens, so they could hide their traffic from the CCP.

As many of the posters here on the forum stated, this seemed a stretch, but the business is hard, capital intensive, JT was struggling under a powerful need for capital, and a constant share overhang, and recapitalization dilemma, so I get that this was an avenue.

I registered my opinions, pursue something else of great control and completeness, copies of which I supplied to Hot Copper, when they censored me for misrepresenting in my posts. Still harping on this. You can not use a BMW carburetor in a Ford Escort.

Then the company bought 15 mil in revenue to stay listed, with SSI, which I gladly saw as bringing in Engineering help, and integration experience.

Recently, I tried to offer to folks here on the Forum, an alternatively view of the share drop. The new COB, an some drastic financial engineering, like giving debt holders a lot of stock instead of payment, was evidence that the company was going to see it through, somehow, someway.

I watched and know that JT has been on the other side of this equation, as an owner of public securities, and unhappy with management, it was a U.S. firm, I know he acted rationally, I know he weighed his options, he knows I know this.

So I said at these prices, maybe hold on, although I loved you in the Twilight movie series, I have been trashed by the Touters for five years, the Tech Doubters and myself, always offer the rejoinder of a company employee answering any and all ctiticsims.

My real name is Mike Sheen.

I'm the Chief Software Engineer for Jiwa Financials - we're an Australian company that writes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for businesses.

I'm pretty active on our technical / programming support forums (publicly visible) and also our issue tracking system (also publicly visible).

My duties include not just product development, but securing the on-premise and cloud assets of customers as well as ourselves. I advise on security practices as a result of implementing and testing those practices myself.

One thing I am really good at is communicating effectively. You are not. With the exception of the post I am replying to now, your other posts left the reader wondering what you were trying to communicate. That coupled with your lack of response to my questions led me to believe you were nothing than a clueless ramper - but I was still trying to work out which way you were attempting to ramp... was it up or down?

I thank you for taking the effort to finally respond to me - but I stand behind my criticisms - you were not and are still not very clear in what you are trying to communicate.
