For all the hype about huge clients, 130 staff, global offices, global distribution alliances, helping millions of Chinese work from home, new product lines, ... heard it all before, for years.
But in the meantime:
NET operates out of a small semi detached residential property
Revenues floundering
Its accumulated losses are $120m
No profits - ever.
Share price collapsed since Tsiolis took over as CEO, Exec Chairman, or whatever fancy title he bestows on himself.
Massive, and I mean massive, dilution for shareholders
Some truly awful borrowing arrangements.
Negligible institutional interest
No insight into strategy and how it's being executed.
No information on how all those "distribution alliances" are producing
No information on how all those country distributions are producing. (Jeez, the Chinese seem to take really long holidays)
Outsourced development to China. (Hmmm, I wonder where the IP is going to end up?)
Directors coming and going, all with amazing experience but no sticking power, except for their equity allocation.
Claims of massive % increases in revenue - but all off a minuscule base. So minuscule as to be meaningless.
And I get excited when the SP rises by 0.1 of a cent!!
Need I go on?
For all the hype about huge clients, 130 staff, global offices,...
