If MGMT genuinely want people to believe they are not running a scam them its as simple as releasing a CURRENT top 20 to show MGMT or insiders haven't sold, if they can't produce one after so many requests that says it all. Also i don't think they had the foresight to raise money when they could have now are scrambling for ways to raise cash without diluting themselves massively (Free options to all involved ring a bell?) But of course they need to have the SP well above 20 for a decent amount of time before anyone would even consider converting and not exposing themselves to a swift drop just like last time, gives them around 2 months maximum before its too late by my calculations, good luck holders.
