Mr Atlassian said to shareholders that our shares are worth $7.50. A few months later and they are being traded at $8.38. Why did Mr Atlassian offer far less than what the market thought they were worth?

Why did he offer $7.50 when the current price was only 10% less but the SP has been going nothing but up over the last 5 months? Do you think an offer of $7.50 in retrospect was a fair offer to current shareholders let alone a good offer? If he cared about existing share holder interests why did he low ball at a time when everything is going well again for current shareholders?
