    yes, and there is nothing too wrong with the face value economics of the project...but below the surface there are issues. One problem is funding a 100m capital cost with a 17m market cap... Secondly, the deficit in garnet is questionable as it can be recycled and reused, thirdly, the pricing of it is quite opaque as it's not a commodity market type pricing, each contract is negotiated one to one, so attracting investment with those uncertainties will be difficult.

    Best hopes for holders is a joint venture or buyout... OR something/someone tried to pump the stock price to unsustainable and unrealistic levels so they can issue a massive amount of shares and fund the project.

    There's certainly a bunch of shameless pumpers here hoping for that last option!
