Mate, it honestly sounds like you have major sour grapes. You don't hold any shares (or so your disclosure) says. You obviously don't like the stock, but I feel you're just mad you missed the recent rise and now can't get in because no one wants to sell as a nice price because the register is so tight.
And to answer your earlier question of why aren't they raising more money. Have answered it multiple times now. Go read my previous posts. But will leave you with.....they don't need it, they have an ATM facility they can draw from if they wanted as a last resort so cash isn't an issue. They're not at a stage where they need to raise 10's of millions of dollars yet. Perhaps try your fear mongering elsewhere, perhaps to another stock that has constantly raised funds and diluted shareholders with billions of shares on issue. I'm sure you'll be happy there cause those companies are flush with cash right?
