Hi Kervio, I have 2 things to say
    1. Like some other posters Im also not sure of your agenda being here? Why are you wasting your valuable time posting downramping stuff on a stock you don't even own? or are you just hoping it will fall in price so you can get some. I fear those days are gone.
    2. As politely as i can I'd also like to say you seem to have limited ideas about what you're actually talking about -

I happen to be one of the big buyers more recently buying up HVY . I started collecting at 5 cents last July and also haven't got nearly as many as I want.(I plan to own just under 5% of the stock) - It appears as i have tried around the market to get blocks that this stock is held by a lot of intelligent investors who mainly know Adam and the management team and are probably (like me) buying long term to collect rich dividends starting in around 2 years. - I think many of the remaining specky investors came out and sold to me and my partners when we started collecting in the 5-12 cent region. Its likely moving north fast now becuase that selling has dried up. That's what i see. plus the markets realising what's actually going on with this company. so Kervio if you do want some you will probably have to pay up - like the rest of us. I now own a few million shares and so now I dont really like people who have little idea about this investment game just dissing this company for wrong-headed reasons that don't make any sense

The fact that HVY haven't gone out and raised excess capital by cheap Crs like most other junior ASX cos,
the fact that they have done some innovative new financing for the ASX (Ie:first pre-PFS royalty- introducing new ATM Cr facilities etc and have managed to keep the stock tight is a big reason (on top of the great project numbers) why I'm buying.

Ive made millions over the years investing in good junior companies on the ASX (and they are few nd far between) I invest for the long term - and me and my team do a lot of research before entering a stock so if you want me to educate you on why this looks like one of the best opportunities I've seen for many years on the ASX I can. just ask me. then I would imagine you would stop downramping or whatever your trying to do and find some money and buy the hell out if.

In my view, even from here at its current 17 mill MC this stock easy has a 10x or 20x to go up in next 24 months or less. But more importantly us in 2 years we estimate (and my team has done very very deep research into the Global garnet market and HVY and its competitors) - HVY could be making somewhere in the range of A$ 60 million post-tax profit per year for the next 20-40 years...and hopefully going higher from there as HVY and the garnet market grows.

There's now 70 million shares -and maybe around 80 mill +when it goes into production around the end of 2026 or early 2027? So that's around 80 cents per share- so this should reach at least around a 5 x PE then which will make it about 4$ a share. - but more importantly to us there should/could be annual dividends of around 40 cents a share and rising. So I expect my 3.5 mill HVY shares should make around A$1million per year and rising - each year for the next 20 years thereafter at least.

At my average buy-in price so far of 17 cents that income will have only cost me A$ 600,000- and lll be getting around 100-200% dividends each year for 20 years. or put it another way, I am now buying around A$20 million of future income now for A$ 600,000. To me that's cheap. and to me at these prices, there is little downside. And I know several other wealthy investors doing the same plus after the PFS is out i would expect more institutional money to start doing the same. So Kervio, that's who you're up against in this stock. I suggest you just buy some and sit back instead of doing whatever your trying to do here.

and just so you know we have asked Adam Schofield the chairman on a few occasions if he would do a placement to us to let us get set and give him more cash and he has flat refused. Which is another reason we ARE buying now. If he ever needs money I know there is a bucket load available to him if he needs it.

The reason capital is now available to him is precisely because he has run a very tight ship so far and HVY now has a small market cap with very few shares out there.- so your ideas are totally wrong-headed and misplaced my friend. So I suggest you do your research properly (ie check out Royal IHC his PFS engineers- the biggest shipbuilding and engineering co in Holland - or Altradius -the big Dutch export finance group who has already agreed in principle to fund his A$75 mill plant against future production, - and also get to know how undersupplied the growing global alluvial (sanblasting) market currently is ....and then buy some shares and join us on my boat.
