Would you rather they keep doing equity raises to push the SOI to billions which would then lead to little SP accretion? Or if they keep producing and making money very little in dividends? Remember they've also go an ATM facility at the ready should they need it.
It doesn't have anything to do with finding instos to buy in, but smart management to keep a tight register. They have the funds to get them through to PFS and are working on the next tranche. The latest issue of options would likely mean they've received the $300K that was advised in the quarterly.
Companies these days are far too eager to raise cash and issue more shares, so when any good news comes it gets played so hard the SP tanks just as fast. IMO management are working in the interest of shareholders. Lets see what happens post PFS which is due sometime this quarter i think.
