Perhaps an appropriate time for PLL to put its legs in the air with this speed camera fiasco in Melbourne; Poltech's cameras apparently and not Redflex's according to RDF's announcement this morning. Wonder who will pick up the scraps?
I attended a broker briefing by Poltech a few years ago where the question was asked about their competitors. MIke Walsh MD, never known to hold back, commented that we just don't see any 300 pound gorillas out there. Our business plan is good. Must have been looking in the wrong direction.
