    Well I guess the logic is that it protects Sony investment, and gives them a platform to distribute their product by having now about 30% directly and indirectly in Reeltime.

    I would not be shocked to see a total take over bid from Sony, in fact as mentioned before I wonder if they would not be forced to with over 20% being raised in one lot from Sony
