If you have online access to pay by BPAY - you should be able to change BY YOURSELF the limit that you could use BPAY. As an example, two months ago, when I had to pay for AIO SPP, my limit was $5000 (by default). But I had to pay around 70K. I am with Commonwealth bank, Rang them up, they instructed me the option that I can increase the limit to 100K instantly, (then I reduced it after paying that transaction). Most banks offer the limit up to 100K.
