Interesting article headline and interview appearing in miningmx
"Whoever builds first in Yarmarna controls it" Gold Road's Murray.
In it they also question, why hadn’t Gold Fields bought 100% of Gruyere, a project discovered and investigated by Perth-based Gold Road Resources? Short Answer is that was the deal on the table.
Of interest to me personally was the last paragraph of the article, where Murray said,
"He can’t rule out ever selling out to Gold Fields in the future especially if the offer is good enough. “I could never say never; it would depend on the value offered bearing in mind that shareholders own the company."
IMO whether selling 100% of Gruyere or not in the future should equal some exciting times ahead for all holders.
Good Luck.
Cheers Aussie.
