in 30 years in the public markets I have never witnessed such poor corporate governance and accountability in a public company and not see the authorities take action against the board of directors it really is a very sad sad situation for shareholders , this company has been trading insolvent for last couple of years by looking at the accounts & the auditors must be in ? to of signed off in the last 2 years??and under the corps act action should have been taken..be interesting to see how this pans out .. at least ASIC acted on PDY cant see why they cant on FAS.
