    Yep, Joondalup Magistrates Court. The whole Fairstair / GWR thing back then was like the Wild West back in 2008 when the "takeover" was on the go.

    But GWR was up at $2.40 and FAS was $0.60 so the shareholders were quite happy with the situation.
