Ok, I have to now correct what amounts to an insignificant error in the first post on this thread.
Where I say under EG Newman's fetching portrait that he:
"Did not participate in latest entitlement offer"
This is in fact wrong, as I've just realised from Karo's posted insider data.
I was going by director disclosures in the ASX announcements, and Newman is not a director but an employee this year. So his entitlement acceptance didn't show up.
He already owned 50,142 shares, and rounded out, that entitled him to 10,029 entitlement shares, which is what his 'buy' detail shows in karo's post. That's 1:5 in the offer, so 50,142/5 = ~10,029
Why do I say "insignificant error"?
Because he sold a lot of free options to more than fund his take-up. In fact it provided an opportunity for him to offload some MMNOs
The very opposite of endorsement of the company or the value of the options.
