    I didnt read it as a 3 way even split in the JV. Either way, good revenues are coming in for a company which has a market cap of about $45M on Friday and on track for a profit of $12-13M this year after extraordinary restructuring costs. Down from a profit of $19M last year - with a divy of 10c. I am thinking they are on track for a divy of 7c this year making 36c a share cheap. Those are the numbers and by the looks of this announcement today they are on track to maximise profit next FY.
