Why would you want to? "The common shares will be offered in Canada by way of short-form prospectus." which means AVM hasn't had to go to the cost of a full prospectus with all the bells & Whistles and associated cost od compliance here in Oz. The price of $C16.25 is exactly what they're sitting at in CA as I write this. In Oz they are trading at $17.50 - The $C16.25 is = to $A17.62 OZ, so you get 'em cheaper in Oz right now, no mucking about!!!
From here the price should only go up considering this was in the offing (insider knowledge and all that by those taking up the rights).
