here we go again. more than 251 mils of new shares issues after the factory acquire ann yesterday. a regular pattern for sti if you follow this company for last two years.

for a startup company who has too much shares on issue. it will be struggle to life the price under sheer weight of its 260+ mills shares. also keep in mind of its cash flow is virutal not present from sale of its many products. it main cash flow so far are from new share issues.
