Selling properties adds to the cash position and come debt rollover discussion times if CER can say to the relevant bank' look we have the 500m cash in the kitty and can pay out the loan no problem, but we would prefer to just roll it over thanks' the bank is far more likely to allow it to be rolled over.

Three to six months later and next bank rollover date comes around and CER just repeats this step. Before you know it the banks stop worrying and go into automatic rollover mode for a good customer as per normal.
