There is certainly a lot of questions that will only be answered with time, however if BHP can locate a drill prospect with a higher POS, and that target is closer to shore it will be much cheaper for everyone involved, and will reveal much valuable information on the way down. It will be a win, win, for all involved and with the 3d results being kept to themselves and Otto, it puts BHP in the drivers seat. SC59 has an oil discovery by an Americian company but they let it lapse because of financial dificulties, and BHP has picked up SC59 which is a huge area. BHP may need to also look for a place to set up a service, storage, refining or even a pipeline IF the area is as productive as some people believe - but only time will tell on that.IMO DYOR
