it's a valid point however I feel the capital return is potentially already factored into the sp (I'm no expert) but people know about it??
also in theory when capital return is actioned the stock should trade down by the amount of capital return ie $1.50 it closes and then capital return paid, stock should trade at $1.335 assuming $0.165 return
